How does it work?
Try our handset for at least 60 days from the delivery date, but no more than 90 days.
You must complete at least 6 treatments and take a photo of the areas you are treating before each session. Remember, you need to shave before every session.
If there are no noticeable results in her reduction, you can send us 6 photos by mail, this may be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will assess your request.
All 90-day money-back guarantee requests MUST be submitted within 90 days of receiving your handset.
ALL images MUST have valid time and date stamps
If your request does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund.
Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
If approved, we will refund you the handset purchase price upon receipt of your return shipment from our warehouse.
If your product is defective and needs to be replaced, follow these instructions:
- Make a clear video of the defect.
- Email email@example.com with a phrase about the defect and your video attached.
- Fill in the sent return form which you will receive after registration and approval of your return. If it is not included, your return will not be processed.
- After approval you return your product as indicated with all contents to the return address provided by us.
- You are responsible at all times for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
- A replacement of your product will be processed as soon as we have received the defective product.
- You have 12 months from the ordered date to process a warranty request.
Purchases via Klarna:
If you have made your purchase via the Klarna payment method, you have the right to return the goods purchased via Klarna within 14 days after you received the product and it is in pristine condition. ie not opened.
Requests / returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be approved or processed, if you return your product without a request, it will not be processed and the right to a refund of the purchase price will lapse.
If you wish to receive the unfounded return shipment, the shipping costs are for your own account. You must first transfer this to the account number provided by us, only after receipt of the shipping costs will your product be offered to you again.
If you indicate that you have sent us a return after approval but we have not received it and you have not used a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, we are not liable for the loss of your return.
